Transport Operation Subsystem

The new version of the Transport Module targets customers in the container haulage, and trucking industries. It has the following modules: booking and charges, planning, marketing and invoicing. Bookings keyed in, are scheduled using a flexible planner form. The planner schedules each day's assignments by driver and vehicle. When jobs are completed, invoicing is carried out, using pre-defined rates set for each customer. The invoicing function is fully integrated with the accounting module. Management reports show performances by customers, drivers and sub contractors
